We’ve had so many questions about our snoods and raincoats — and we’re excited to share that both are in development, alongside a few other pieces we can’t wait to reveal.

As with our first release, future pieces will be launched intentionally in curated drops.

We recommend measuring your dog carefully and referring to our size guide before ordering. Every dog is unique, so fit may vary depending on body shape, coat and proportions. If your dog is between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

Yes. Our harnesses are designed to be fully adjustable to suit a range of body shapes and to allow for growth, layering, or seasonal coat changes.

As this is a limited release, we encourage you to check our size guide and measurements carefully before placing your order. To support sizing confidence, we have reserved a small amount of stock for harness size exchanges (subject to availability). If your requested exchange size is unavailable, we’re happy to offer store credit for a future release. Please note size exchanges apply to harnesses only — one-size accessories (including leads and bandanas) are not eligible for size exchanges.

To protect the hardware and maintain the longevity of the harness, hand washing is recommended.

For best care:

  • Hand wash in cold water
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Rinse thoroughly
  • Air dry only

Metal hardware may cause damage if not secured inside a laundry bag during machine washing.

If you’re looking for a size that isn’t currently available, we’d love to hear from you — we’ve enabled a sign-up for your size on our product pages so we can better understand demand, make it happen for you, and expand our size range if the interest is there.

Yes. Our harnesses are designed to be water-friendly and suitable for swimming, beach days, and wet-weather adventures. They’re made with neoprene and other materials that can handle getting wet while remaining comfortable for your dog.

We do recommend rinsing with fresh water after swimming in saltwater or chlorinated pools.

Orders / Pre-order

Our first release will close on Wednesday, March 5 at 8PM AEDT.

After this time, we’ll temporarily pause the store while we prepare and fulfil all pre-orders from the first release. Once fulfilment is underway, we’ll reopen with future releases.

Yes — our first release is available via pre-order.

That means you’re securing your pieces now, and we’ll dispatch once your items are ready to send. Estimated timeframes are outlined on every product page.

Your order will ship once the estimated pre-order timeline shown on the product page has passed. For our first release, dispatch is estimated at up to 10 weeks. This timeframe includes our 7-day order window, production time, and shipping to us before we pack and dispatch your order. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Our manufacturers run a thorough and careful quality check, and we also complete our own checks before sending your order. However, if you do happen to receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shoplovealfie.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the concern

Once reviewed, we will discuss the best resolution with you, which may include:

  • A replacement item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for a future release
  • A refund, where appropriate

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging (except for brief try-on/size checking).

Items deemed faulty must not be worn beyond this and must be returned in original condition where requested.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email straight away.

Once our pre-order window closes, production begins. After production is complete, your order will be prepared for dispatch and shipped to you.

Estimated dispatch is up to 10 weeks, and you’ll receive tracking via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Returns

Yes — our community is worldwide, and we’re so excited to ship internationally. To make this possible for our small, creative brand, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We will have both standard and express delivery options available.

US orders: Pricing already reflects international import costs and compliance requirements, with duties handled prior to entry to support smooth customs clearance and no surprise fees on delivery.

All other international orders: Duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

As this release is offered via pre-order, tracking won’t be available straight away. Orders will be prepared for dispatch once the ordering window has closed, and we’ll begin dispatching within the estimated timeframe of up to 10 weeks (for our first release).

If you haven’t received tracking yet, it simply means your order is still being prepared and isn’t ready to send just yet.
