Our first release is currently available as pre-order, allowing us to create and fulfil each order thoughtfully. You’ll find shipping timeframes, rates, and duties information below — and if you need anything at all, we’re just an email (or DM) away.

Estimated dispatch timeframes are clearly stated on each individual product page. As a small, intentional brand, we produce in considered quantities rather than mass production — allowing us to focus on quality, thoughtful design and reducing unnecessary waste.

Orders will be dispatched once the stated pre-order window (as listed on the product page) has been completed.

Pre-order timeframes are estimates and may shift due to production or shipping delays outside of our control. If anything changes, we’ll notify you via email with an update on your order’s progress.

To make this possible, we offer live carrier-calculated shipping rates directly to your doorstep.

Shipping costs — both within Australia and internationally — are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will be able to choose between Standard and Express shipping (where available).

Australia (Australia Post)

  • Standard: 2–7 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

International (Australia Post)

  • New Zealand: 4–7 business days
  • Asia: 6–12 business days
  • North America: 8–16 business days
  • Europe/UK: 8–18 business days
  • Other regions: 10–20 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.

Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels — please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or additional fees charged by your local government.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated below.

Love Alfie is not responsible for customs processing delays or additional charges incurred upon delivery.

Pricing already reflects international import costs and compliance requirements. Orders are shipped with duties handled prior to entry, supporting smooth customs clearance with no surprise fees on delivery.
