Returns & Exchanges
At Love Alfie, each piece is released intentionally through pre-sales and produced in considered quantities.
As our collections are made intentionally through pre-sales, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to carefully review the size guide and product details on each product page before placing your order.
If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us at hello@shoplovealfie.com prior to purchasing — we’re always happy to help.
For our harnesses, we’ve reserved a small amount of stock to support size exchanges (subject to availability). If your harness isn’t quite right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
- Size exchanges apply to harnesses only.
- One-size accessories (including leads and bandanas) are not eligible for size exchanges, so we kindly ask that you check measurements carefully before purchasing.
- If the requested size is unavailable, we’re happy to offer store credit to use on a future release.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@shoplovealfie.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the concern
Once reviewed, we will discuss the best resolution with you, which may include:
- A replacement item (subject to availability)
- Store credit for a future release
- A refund, where appropriate
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging (except for brief try-on/size checking).
Please refer carefully to our size guide and product measurements before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, handling fees, and any customs charges, duties, or import fees associated with returning an item.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, customs processing delays, or additional charges incurred after your order has been dispatched.
